It is recommended that the temperature difference of the imported water is generally greater than 35 ° C.

2. Check the condition of the induction coil and whether there is water leakage; check the wires and switches for damage; check and clean the water tank of the induction melting furnace, check the drain valve and remove the sewage to prevent scaling.

3. Clean the oil and dust on each electrical component, blow it off with a fan or with a tiger; check whether the wiring screws of the induction melting furnace are tightened, and check whether the thyristors, electrical buses, transformers and various line segments are overheated.
