The coated sand core machine should always check whether all the fixing screws of the machine are loose, the wearing parts should be replaced regularly, and the circulating cooling water of the sand shooting board should be unblocked;

2 , always check the sealing of each valve is good, timely eliminate the air leakage at the pipe joints, and supply all the friction parts and oil grooves of the dry, clean compressed air machine should be cleaned regularly, replace the new lubricating oil;

3. After the work is completed, carefully remove the residual core sand inside and outside the core shooting machine.
