    Bottom-blown refining induction melting furnace

    Induction melting furnace used for special steel, alloy steel and metal smelting. When smelting alloy steel and special requirement steel, the induction melting furnace can be transformed from "chemical steel" to steelmaking, so that its quality index can reach the current AOD The quality level of, VOD, LF refining furnaces and VD vacuum degassing furnaces is an important way for small and medium smelting and foundry enterprises to improve quality and reduce waste.     Refining induction melting furnace has a bottom-blowing refining induction melting furnace with an air-permeable structure at the bottom of the furnace. The refining induction melting furnace has a simple structure, good air permeability and uniform foam formation. In order to achieve the above technical goals, the refining induction melting furnace adopts the following technical solutions.

    Bottom-blowing refining induction melting furnace, which consists of a furnace body and a gas supply system; the furnace body includes a furnace lining, and a cover plate, upper frame bricks, induction coils, insulating fibers, shell, and furnace substrate plane support On the base plane, the furnace lining contains molten steel and air bubbles. The gas supply system includes a gas source connector, a gas regulator, a flow meter, a gas hose, a metal bellows, and a gas connector that are connected in series in sequence; a pressure gauge and a regulating valve are arranged on the gas regulator. The improvement is that: the middle of the bottom of the furnace is provided with a through hole, the hole is filled with breathable bricks, the end surface of the gas pipe joint is between the furnace substrate and the base to contain and support the breathable brick, and the gas pipe The joint is connected to the gas supply system through a metal bellows.

    The core of the above-mentioned technical solution is that a permeable brick that penetrates the furnace substrate is inserted in the middle of the furnace substrate.

    The air-permeable brick is in the shape of a truncated cone. When installed, the small-diameter end faces upward and the large-diameter end faces downward. The end face of the gas pipe joint is between the air-permeable brick and the base. Really cooperate. The breathable brick is made of high-temperature refractory materials, with a thickness of 60-150mm, and the diameter of the small end face of the breathable brick is 50-180mm.

    Compared with the existing technology, the refining induction melting furnace has the following positive effects:

    1. There is a breathable brick in the middle of the furnace substrate and the gas supply system is introduced through the gas pipe joint, with a simple structure and easy production;

    2. The inert gas seeps out from the air-permeable bricks, is evenly dispersed, and has good foaming properties, which creates conditions for the refining of molten steel in the furnace;

    3. The gas supply system is equipped with an adjustable gas delivery pressure and flow structure to avoid violent boiling and splashing of molten steel caused by excessive gas supply.

    Description of the drawings   

    The attached drawing is a schematic diagram of the structure of the refining induction melting furnace.

    The refining induction melting furnace will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and embodiments.

    The bottom-blown refining induction melting furnace shown in the figure includes two parts: a furnace body and a gas supply system. The furnace body includes a furnace lining 1, and a cover plate 2, an upper frame brick 3, an induction coil 4, an insulating fiber 5, and a shell 6 fitted on the outer periphery of the furnace lining 1. The bottom plane of the furnace lining 1 is supported on the plane of the base 7. Both the bottom of the furnace lining 1 and the middle of the base 7 are through holes. The through holes on the bottom of the furnace lining 1 are filled with breathable bricks 9, and the gas pipe joint 8 is connected with the metal bellows 10 in a sealed connection to introduce the gas supply system to the furnace body. The gas supply system is composed of a gas source connector 14, a gas regulator 13, a flow meter 12, a gas hose 11, a metal corrugation 12, and a gas pipe connector 8 connected in series in sequence. The gas regulator 13 is provided with a pressure gauge 15 and a regulating valve 16. This embodiment is applied to a bottom-blown refining induction melting furnace with a capacity of 250kg. The bottom of the furnace lining 1 is equipped with ventilated bricks 9 with a small end surface of 180 mm in diameter and 150 mm in thickness, which can meet the refining requirements in the furnace. The refining induction melting furnace is plugged with breathable bricks in the middle of the furnace substrate and introduced into the gas supply system through the gas pipe.

    The structure is simple and the production is easy. The inert gas oozes out from the air-permeable bricks, is evenly dispersed, and has good foam formation, which creates conditions for the refining of molten steel.
