Principle of steel tube heating furnace mechanism
1. The sensor is wound in accordance with the "Manufacturing Code for Inductors" compiled by our company.
2. The steel tube heating furnace body is divided into two sets according to different specifications of Φ95-130 steel pipes, each set of 6 sets. The Φ95-115 steel pipe is a group, and the Φ115-130 steel pipe is a group.
2.1 Induction furnace is a high power density heating device with a power density of several hundred or even several kilowatts per square centimeter. If no measures are taken, the highly concentrated power will cause a leakage magnetic field at both ends, causing the heating of the roller table; in addition, the magnetic flux will escape, these factors will increase the power consumption of the furnace body, so that the heating effect at both ends of the furnace body is poor. In addition, the heating is done by using three power sources. If they are turned on at the same time, the six furnaces will interfere with each other; thus affecting the power supply, which is reflected in the similar equipment we provided for you in 2001. . To do this we take the following measures:
2.1.1 In order to reduce the magnetic flux leakage, ensure that the intermediate frequency power supply is not disturbed by the magnetic field, and the roller table and the support frame between the furnace bodies are not heated, the front and rear furnace plates of the furnace body are made of closed copper plates and specially designed for water passing through the circumference of the furnace mouth.
2.1.2 Each set of furnace body is equipped with a centering guiding structure with power and height adjustable steel pipe, so that the steel pipe can easily enter the furnace, avoiding the impact of the steel pipe on the inductor, effectively extending the service life of the inductor.
2.1.3 The invention of the special structure of the front and rear antimagnetic grille plate of the furnace body belongs to our company.
2.2 Furnace lining adopts corundum tube, the use temperature can reach above 1700 °C, and has good insulation, heat insulation, chilling heat and impact resistance.
2.3 The lower part of the induction furnace body has a drainage hole to automatically discharge the condensed water in the furnace.
2.4 The length of the furnace body is about 660 mm.
