     Typical structure of medium frequency quenching inductor

    1. Semi-circular crankshaft sensor

      It consists of multiple parts such as effective ring, pad, side plate, sprayer and interval positioning block. Its core is the effective circle, which consists of circumferential branches and axial branches.

    2. Longitudinal heating shaft type semi-annular sensor

      The effective ring made of a rectangular tube is boasted in parallel on the shaft, and the workpiece must be rotated during heating so that the entire surface is uniformly heated.

    3, camshaft quenching sensor

      There are two kinds of circular and profiling. Most of the engine camshaft sensors use a circular effective ring. Cam sensors are sometimes used in a two-hole series, mainly to use the power of the variable frequency power supply. When a double-station camshaft quenching machine is used, the two-hole cam sensor and the single-hole journal sensor alternately work to obtain an appropriate match.

    4, cylinder liner inner surface quenching sensor

      The quenching of the inner surface of the cylinder liner is generally performed by scanning quenching. Due to the thin wall of the cylinder liner, when the inner surface is heated and quenched, the auxiliary nozzle is cooled on the outer surface of the cylinder liner to reduce the deformation of the cylinder liner.

    5, short cylindrical heating sensor

      The short cylindrical heating sensor is an inductor for heating a short cylindrical workpiece. The effective circle is divided into three layers: the upper layer heats the upper section, the middle layer heats the middle section, and the lower layer heats the bottom section. Adjust the wrap angle of each segment to adjust the temperature of each segment. The effective circle of this structure can also be equipped with a magnetizer according to the requirements of different workpieces.

    6, bell-shaped shell spline heating sensor

      The bell-shaped shell spline heating sensor is effectively divided into three sections: the upper section heats the upper end of the workpiece cylinder, and the wrap angle of the section is generally less than 150. When 180is used, the gap is enlarged; the middle section is heated by two columns. The guide magnet should be installed on the column; the lower part of the heating shaft is lower, and the magnet can be added to this section.

    7, ball-shaped shell ball socket sensor

      The effective ring of the ball-and-socket sensor in the bell-shaped shell is generally similar to the effective design of the inner-hole effective ring. It is designed to be spherical, with a magnet inside. A spray tube is installed in the center of the ring-shaped magnet beam, and the spray is sprayed onto the ball. The bottom of the nest is then reflected onto the surface to be hardened.

    8, three-column sliding sleeve inner hole heating sensor

    There are two design methods for the three-column sliding sleeve inner bore heating sensor:

    1) Scanning quenching method. The effective circle is three heating coils in series with the workpiece at the upper end. After the heating and quenching starts, the workpiece moves downward, and the sprayer located under the effective circle starts to be liquid-quenched; at the end of the scan, the second sprayer located at the center of the sprayer sprays the quenching liquid toward the closed end of the workpiece to supplement the cooling. The effective circle scan stops this heating zone.

    2) One-time heating method. The priority is still three turns in series, but the sprayer is different.

    9, half-axis scanning quenching sensor

     The heating part of the half shaft is generally the flange end face, the rod portion and the spline shaft segment. The semi-axis scanning quenching inductor is usually equipped with a magnet for the effective ring, and the current can face the flange surface.

    10, half shaft primary heating sensor

     The semi-axis primary heating sensor effective ring is two semi-circular rectangular tubes with magnetizers. The one end of the half ring portion of the effective ring heats the flange and the R portion, and the other end heats the shaft end.

    11. Pin sensor with positioning fixture

     A guide sleeve is attached to the upper end of the inductor and made of non-magnetic steel to prevent the effective ring port from being worn during feeding.

    12, multi-layer multi-turn sensor

     It is used for track pin quenching and can be directly connected to the intermediate frequency power supply without stepping down the quenching transformer.

    13, steel pipe inner hole scanning quenching sensor

        Powered by concentric bus, the loss is smaller than the general conductive plate. After the structure of the sprayer is slightly improved, the internal spline long hole quenching can be performed.
