    1. Thick-walled induction coils will supply more smelting energy

    The thick-walled induction coil has a larger current-carrying cross-section than the induction coils of other cross-sections, so the coil resistance is low, more energy can be used for melting, and because the thickness of the nearby tube wall is uniform, its strength is not stronger than the tube wall. The coil layout with uniform and thin wall is high in strength. That is to say, the coil of this layout of Rongtai is not easy to cause damage due to arc and swelling.

    2. The open space between the turns of the induction coil improves the electric power and reduces the water vapor. After repeated internship considerations, we leave space for the turns of the induction coils, so that we can improve the power of the coil current and can make the furnace lining guess. The water vapor in the evaporation is very simple. In the furnace body of the non-void induction coil, a common problem is that the coil is often affected by the magnetic field of the nearby coil, and the impedance is added from the surface.

    3. The principle of coil drawing, the coil is the heart of the induction furnace. The induction coil exerts a strong magnetic field under the effect of current. This magnetic field causes the metal in the furnace to vortex and generate heat. The coil is the key to the conversion of electrical energy into heat, so the depiction of the coil is very important. The coil of the furnace is in contact with the actual use of the induction heating  furnace.     6, the inverter trigger circuit insulation is poor (such as pulse transformer, IF transformer primary and secondary leakage);

    In the boost circuit, in a certain case, when the blocking capacitor and the intermediate frequency transformer resonate, an irregular overvoltage and overcurrent will occur, and the DC blocking capacitor can be temporarily shorted to verify (it is necessary to ensure the effusion reactance) Otherwise, the IF transformer will burn off quickly). If the fact is verified, the resonance capacitance can be eliminated by changing the series capacitance value (or a damping resistor 500~5K/5W on the capacitor).

    If the over-current representation is presented during feeding, the over-current value can be appropriately amplified (usually the over-current is 1.2 times the current-limiting). In the same way, the overpressure appearance can also be handled in the same way.

    Overload maintenance refers to the maintenance measures caused by the change of the charge. In this maintenance measure, the reactor does not have excessive impact sound;

    Fault maintenance refers to the maintenance measures caused by the abnormality of inverter overturning, phase loss, undervoltage, component breakdown and other equipment. When the fault is maintained, the reactor has a large impact sound. Do not blindly amplify the overcurrent pressure, otherwise it will increase Wrong.

    If the cooling is not good, it can be distinguished by measuring the operating temperature of the components. The disposal method is to clear the waterway or replace the water jacket;

    The primary and secondary insulation breakdown of the pulse transformer, which usually causes damage to the corresponding power amplifier tube of the inverter;

    Side-by-side silicon function is unsatisfactory (cannot be registered or shut down normally), and this kind of appearance is often ignored by the repairman. Many silicon is burned, and the silicon has always burned. After the change, it will recover normally.

    Irregular firing of silicon is usually a problem with the maintenance system. It should be checked for over-current and over-voltage, main circuit touch questions and insulation questions. Of course, the fault in the inverter trigger circuit can also lead to irregular burning of silicon.

    1) Equipment problems - inverter component breakdown, water cable open circuit, sensor inter-turn short circuit, compensation capacitor breakdown, trigger circuit abnormality, etc., for this kind of fault, as long as the damaged part is repaired;

    2) The load impedance is not matched, and the heavy load is not well started. The reactor gap can be increased, the converter inductance value can be reduced, the resonant circuit can be connected to the magnetic ring, and the reactor side can be connected to the magnetoresistive resistor (20/3KW). The reactor is connected to the bypass resistor (20/3KW), the constant current starting value (adjusting W10 or W5), and the intermediate frequency VCO voltage value (5~7V). However, the best method is Reduce the load impedance by cutting the compensation capacitor or adding the number of inductors.

    Small view point: Because of the existence of the commutating inductor and the inverter output to the compensation capacitor lead inductance, the load impedance inverse transform flow increases at the time of heavy load, and the originally adjusted small view point becomes smaller, and the power can be increased to half at this moment. When the inverter is overturned, it should be a little larger when the no-load adjustment is small (usually Ua/Ud=1.2~1.3)
