Pre-acceptance and training of 0.5 ton aluminum shell induction melting furnace

After the manufacture of all 0.5 ton aluminum shell induction melting furnaces , the buyer's technical personnel were invited to the 0.5 ton aluminum shell induction melting furnace manufacturing plant to participate in the pre-acceptance and training of the 0.5 ton aluminum shell induction melting furnace .

1. Pre-acceptance content:

( 1 ) General inspection

( 2 ) Safety inspection

( 3 ) Furnace assembly size inspection

( 4 ) Manufacturing quality inspection and insulation withstand voltage test

(5) Measurement of clearance between induction coil and furnace shell

(6) Measurement of insulation resistance of induction coil and furnace shell

(7) Measurement of insulation resistance between induction coil and yoke

(8) Intermediate frequency furnace insulation withstand voltage test

(9) Pressure test of hydraulic system

(10) Tilting furnace operation test of the tilting furnace transmission mechanism

(11) Hydrostatic test of induction coil

(12) Inspection of electrical interlocking and leaking alarm devices

(13) Inspection of various protection functions such as electrical fault display, monitoring, and alarm

(14) Inspection of accessory parts, including model, specification and factory certificate inspection

(15) Inspection of the scope of supply and the integrity of the technical documents of the factory

2 , training

The seller does the following technical training for the user:

 (1) Installation training of 0.5 ton aluminum shell induction melting furnace

( 2 ) Training in electrical control design principles

(3) Training for maintenance and routine maintenance of 0.5 ton aluminum shell induction melting furnace

 (4) Training for common faults and special faults in 0.5 ton aluminum shell induction melting furnace

3. All pre-acceptance items and test data should be attended and signed by both parties, and provided to the user for archiving.

4. After the acceptance work is completed and the two parties agree to sign, the seller can deliver the 0.5 ton aluminum shell induction melting furnace package.
