Description of Electrical Interlocking, Safety Interlock for the induction melting equipment
1. Waterway interlocking. If the induction melting furnace power suddenly loses water, the IF power supply will stop after 8 seconds delay.
2. When the current or voltage double closed-loop system can make the voltage or current exceed the limit of the protection circuit, the system immediately cuts off the control power.
3. Electrical Control Design The self-locking device prevents malfunction of the system during misoperation.
4. An emergency stop device is installed on the centralized control cabinet, which can be interlocked with the high voltage vacuum switch on the front of the transformer. In an emergency, the high voltage power supply to the furnace zone can be cut off immediately.
5.leak alarm system is to detect the lining leakage current, if the leakage current is greater than the upper limit, the centralized control cabinet will emit sound and light alarm signal. When the leakage current exceeds the upper limit, the intermediate frequency power supply can be turned off directly.
6. When the centralized control cabinet detects that the hydraulic pressure is insufficient, the intermediate frequency power supply cannot be started.
7.Each branch inspection meter can monitor the temperature of major components. If the temperature exceeds the upper limit, the centralized control cabinet will issue an audible and visual alarm. 8. Console Door The main disconnector is not in the “closed” position and the console door cannot be opened.

When there is a high grid voltage, low grid voltage, high water temperature, low water pressure, etc., the intermediate frequency power supply does not immediately stop, but indicates the protection signal first. If the protection signal still exists after 10 seconds, the shutdown will enter the protection state. .
