2. The written materials formed by all the supervisors and quality inspection activities of the tenderer during the manufacturing period shall not be used as the quality certification documents of the successful bidder. Before the delivery, the quality inspection of the tenderer shall not remove the responsibility of the contract within the scope of the supplier's quality guarantee period, nor shall it replace the quality inspection of the equipment at the tenderee's site.

3 . In the mid-inspection, the issues discovered or raised by members of the quality inspection team shall be resolved through friendly consultations.

4. The equipment must be tested in the overall joint test before leaving the factory. The time for the inspection of the tenderee shall be determined according to the trial operation time. The joint trial operation shall be carried out under the supervision of the inspector of the tenderee.

5. If there is a problem in the assembly test after the equipment arrives at the bidder's site, the reason is that the winning bidder did not perform the overall joint commissioning of the equipment before leaving the factory, so the delay time will be calculated according to the delayed delivery date.
