Installation And Commissioning Of 1 Ton induction  Melting Furnace

1. The demand side provides water, electricity and gas to the total interface of the equipment. The internal connection and auxiliary materials of the equipment are provided and implemented by the supplier.

2. During the installation process, the supplier sent an electrical engineer to the site to guide the installation.

3. Before the induction  Melting Furnace is installed, the supplier provides a full set of equipment installation size requirements and external connection requirements.

4. The supplier is responsible for equipment commissioning, and the user shall provide all necessary support in addition to the supplier equipment.

5. During the commissioning process, the supplier shall send at least two electrical engineers to be responsible for equipment commissioning, and at the same time dispatch a technical person in charge to coordinate with the demand side.

6. During the installation and commissioning process, the supplier personnel comply with the demanding factory management system, obey the user organization, and keep the technical drawings and production process of the buyer and the user confidential.

7. After the melting furnace is qualified, the supplier technical personnel will provide on-site commissioning report.
